Welp, I am definitely not the type of girl to commit to the things she sets her mind into, because tell me why am I finding such a hard time to write this little review :( ? But hey, at least I am trying! To be honest, It hasn't been that long but I really am craving this restaurant and this is why I decided to give you guys a review because honestly? It deserves one! If you are anything like me and you truly take the time of your meal VERY SERIOUSLY, this blog is the one for you. Numerous times, I been to some lowkey restaurants in Casablanca and they end up being A-Mazing. Last Friday, I was in the mood for Japanese food and as I walked the streets of Maarif, Anfa and Gauthier, my friend and I stumbled across this place called Tobiko Restaurant: Sushi & Thai Cuisine. Located exactly at 7 Rue Théophile Gauthier,

In Casablanca 20250 and open everyday from 11 AM-12 AM, this restaurant seems to have a mid fancy façade which made me kinda worried about the prices but we were too hungry to really think at that point lol. We go in, it is pretty small but clean, not stuffy at all and if I may say, the waiter that served us was really attentive! We like to order bentos so we ordered bento F which was about 105 mad, pretty good right? And we also got Miso soup. We did not wait long thankfully. Starting with the miso soup, it was just the right thing to have to quench our thirst given the crazy heat we have been experience in Morocco for the past years honestly…. It wasn’t too salty and most importantly, it had plenty of seaweed and that is the perfect combo for hydration. As for the bento, it had chicken nem, a mango salad, four western style sushi pieces and a chicken wok. Now I don’t really like chicken wok, so I wanted the shrimp one instead but the waiter kindly explained it would be a waste of money for me given that in the bento they would just give me like 3 pieces and I really appreciated that :) Overall I give the score of 10/10 for all the bento items. It was delicious, clean and very filling.

Post update: I actually ordered it again at home, even mom loved it and we ate plenty hehe. Honestly, I think it is one of the best sushi restaurants I had in this city.

So I am just going to end my post here, I hope you enjoyed this little review and let me know in the comments if you went there or not, and how was your experience :) In the meantime, stay safe and HAKUNA MATATA
